Check-in begins at 4:00pm and check-out is by 11:00am

If you are exempt from taxes, please contact the hotel directly and present all required documentation at time of check-in.

If you need to cancel your reservation, you must do so by 4pm CST, seven days before your date of arrival to avoid a cancellation penalty.

All packages are nonrefundable once booked.
